Please note that the screens and discs should last for years under normal wear & tear so you should not normally need to buy one; sometimes however it is handy to have one to swap over each time so you can take the dirty screen or disc away & wash it properly.

This is only a replacement screen; when you buy a Rain Bird Large capacity filter it will have one inside it already, so this is just if you need a replacement.
Please also note that if you want to change from a screen to a disc (or vice versa) you need to change the direction that the filter is plumbed into the pipeline: A screen filter works with water moving from the inside of the screen to the outside; a disc filter works with water flowing from the outside into the core.
