Description

The above filters require automation. The Filtron 110 backflush controller allows the filters to flush themselves automatically, based on a pre-determined time of the day, or based on pressure differential; this is the difference between the inlet & outlet pressures of the filter. As the filters begin to clog, the downstream pressure will drop & the inlet pressure will increase. This triggers the controller to activate a back-flushing cycle.

When the system is activated to flush, it will flush one filter unit at a time, so when you have a bank of filters the irrigation can continue as normal. Solenoid valves for back-flushing can be 24vac or 12vdc.
